These Terms & Conditions apply to the website logistics.huangjerry.com and to the text messaging program operated by Jingwei Logistics LLC (doing business as "Jingwei Logistics" and "Jerry's Office"), 102 Crimson Oak, Irvine, CA 92620. By using this website or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these terms.
1. SMS program description
Program name: Jingwei Logistics / Jerry's Office text messaging.
Sending numbers: (619) 960-8023 and (949) 307-5808.
We use text messages to:
- reply to truck driver job inquiries and applications;
- communicate with drivers and carriers about dispatch, loads, schedules, and paperwork; and
- send shift scheduling and store operations messages to staff at businesses we manage.
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
2. How you opt in
You agree to receive text messages from us when you text one of our numbers first, provide your mobile number and agree to be contacted by text (for example, on our driver application form or as part of your work schedule with a business we manage), or reply to a message from us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of being hired.
3. Message frequency and costs
- Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry, application status, or work schedule.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
4. How to opt out (STOP)
You can cancel text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us (you may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT). We will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. To rejoin, text START to the same number.

6. Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and network and is not guaranteed.

8. Our services
Jingwei Logistics provides driver recruiting and dispatch support services. Jingwei Logistics is not a motor carrier and does not operate trucks. Hiring decisions are made by the carrier we recruit for, in line with federal and state employment law. Job details on this website (pay, lanes, requirements) are provided by the carriers and may change without notice.
9. Use of this website
This website and its content are provided "as is" for general information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties and are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. You agree not to misuse the website or interfere with its operation.
